Installing a pre-drilled thumb insert

1.  For pre-drilled or pre-molded thumb inserts, select "Round" for theHole roundType.

2.  If installing a Contour or Turbo pre-sized insert, find the right size insert to fit the sides of the thumb at the measurement.comfortably.
3. When the size is selected register onClick "Size" sectionto exempleopen the Drop-down list: 

   

   

    

4. TheWhen you select the correct size, it will appear in the "Size" box
5. Then click on the "Insert OD" button to open the Drop-down list for the bit size.
6. Select the drill bit size for the correct OD of the pre-drilledinsert:
thumb are 1 1/8 , then register on" Inserts OD" in order to drill the initial hole with the 1 1/8 drill bit ex:

8. MentionYou can then select the Brand/type of pre-drilledinsert thumbby youclicking use onin " Thumb Insert Type" the type of sleeve aretype"
   
   1. Turbo Xcel Round / Oval
   2. Contour Round Taper / Oval Thumb Sleeve

   4. Select one you have in stock then press arrow to confirm . Exemple   

      

   5. You are all set to drill the thumb !!!!
   6. The process is the same with the pre-drilledsized oval sleeve thumb as the round thumb. 
   7. TheNote: sleeve If you are :using -either "a Turbo Xcel Oval"Oval ,or "a Contour Oval Thumbthumb Sleeve"insert, you must align the oval to the proper angle for the bowler before you glue it in permanently.
