 3/16" FORWARD pitch in the grip 

 Compensate 3/16" REVERSE when drilling the hole in the ball to arrive at the ending desired pitch 

 Example: Normal Flex ( 1/4" REVERSE ) = Drill the hole 7/16" REVERSE because 7/16" - 3/16" = 1/4"
